No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. This policy helps us ensure that every item you receive is brand new and has never been worn or handled by another customer.

If you receive a product with any of the following:
• Damaged product received
• Defective item
• Wrong product delivered
📦 How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return or exchange (within 48 hours of delivery):

2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, at least two product images + the unboxing video, and your pickup address & preferred date.

Order Accuracy
We request you to carefully review your order — including product details, contact number, and shipping address — before completing the purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please Note
We strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to studio lighting, screen resolution, and natural light differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
All sales during discounts, promotions, or clearance events are final.
